Your standard delivery order will be shipped within 2 working days with Royal Mail 48 tracked, please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order.

Your express delivery order will be shipped on the say day as long as it was placed before 1 pm and delivered next day.

We do not ship orders over the weekend.

Your 3-hour express delivery order will be shipped and delivered within 3-hour frame.

The delivery is only possible in person. Please mention a contract person at the pick up (it can be you, your neighbour, your friend, a building concierge).

BANK HOLIDAYS: We cannot ship parcels on a Bank Holiday. Parcels will be shipped the next working day.

At the moment we only offer shipment across the UK, however we are planning to expand soon. Please drop an email to info@iamvolya.com if you are willing to purchase outside of the UK.
