Returns

UK returns

You have 14 days to return your items. The return is free of charge. Please send us a return request at info@iamvolya.com and we will guide you through the process.

The items must be sent in the original packaging, with no signs of wear with all the labels attached.

International returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are free to choose your preferred courier service for the return shipment. You have 14 days to return your items.
