Q.) What is your delivery time?

A.) UK DELIVERY: Your standard delivery order will be shipped within 24-48 hours with Royal Mail 48 tracked, please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order.

Your express delivery order will be shipped on the same day as long as it was placed before 1 pm, and delivered next day. We do not ship orders over the weekend.

Your 3-hour express delivery order will be shipped and delivered within 3-hour frame.The delivery is only possible in person. Please mention a contact person at the pick up (it can be you, your neighbour, your friend, a building concierge).
Delivery is only available 10:00 - 18:00 Mon - Fri.

 

BANK HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS: We do not ship parcels on weekends and UK Bank Holiday. Parcels will be shipped the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Your standard delivery order will be shipped within 24-48 hours with Royal Mail International Tracked, please allow 3-17 working days to receive your order.

Your express delivery order will be shipped on the same day via DHL as long as it was placed before 1 pm, it typically takes 3-5 working days to receive your order.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary depending on factors such as customs processing, local postal services, and any unforeseen circumstances. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for any delays that may occur once the package is in transit. If you have specific concerns about your order's delivery, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.

Q.) Can I pick up my order from you?

A.) We offer free pick ups of all orders at 126 Aldersgate Street, EC1A 4JQ, London, Mon-Fri 10:00 - 18:00. You will receive an email notification once you order is ready for pick up.

17th - 20th of November 2023 - free pick up from our pop-up address within 2 hours, 9-11 Tottenham Street, W1T 2AQ

Q.) Which countries do you ship to?

A.) We offer domestic UK shipping as well as international shipping to all the countries except for Russian Federation and Belarus.

Q.) Where are you based?

A.) We are a London-based online boutique of Ukrainian brands. All our products are warehoused and shipped from London, which enables fast delivery times and easy returns.

Q.) How can I track my shipment? 

A.) You will receive a shipment notification as soon as your order is shipped so you will be able to track it until it arrives at your door.

Q.) How can I return my item?

A.) If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item you have 14 days to return it. We offer free returns within the UK on all orders. Please send a request to info@iamvolya.com. The item must be sent in the original packaging, with no signs of wear with all the labels attached.

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are free to choose your preferred courier service for the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. Please notify us via an email info@iamvolya.com as soon as the return has been posted to us.

*All the returns of items bought during the Black Friday sale are subject to postage fees*

**All ANOESES items are not eligible for return due to the hygiene reasons and the policy of the brand

Q.) How long does it take to receive a refund?

A.) You should receive your refund within 5-10 working days and will be made on the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.

Q.) Can I exchange my item?

A.) If you are willing to exchange your item for a different size/colour please send a request to info@iamvolya.com. 

Q.) What if I want to cancel or amend my order?

A). Please contact us at info@iamvolya.com as soon as possible and we will try to sort it out in the best possible way. Please note once the order is shipped we are no longer able to make any amendments or cancellations.

Q.) When will my credit card be charged?

A.) Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Q.) What can I do if my payment is declined?

A.) Please double check your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) and if this doesn't help contact us at info@iamvolya.com

Q.) What do I do if my item is faulty?

A.) At I AM VOLYA we do our best to make a quality check before shipping your order, but if for any reason you think that you received a faulty item - please contact us straight away and we sort this out for you.

Q.) I am not sure about my size. Can you help me?

A.)  Please contact us at info@iamvolya.com and we will send you the measurements of the chosen item. We also offer try-on service at one of our addresses in London on request. Subject to availability. Please contact to arrange.

Q.) Where do your products come from?

A.) I AM VOLYA proudly sells and promote Ukrainian designers, artists and brands and all our products are of Ukrainian heritage.

Q.) The item I want is out of stock, will it come back, and can I be notified?

A.) Our iconic and bestselling items will always restock, to keep updated on this you can sign up to our newsletter and we will notify you via email as soon as the product is back in stock. 

Q.) I want a specific item from one of your brands, however, it is not represented in your selection. Can you order it for me?

A.) We are in a close touch with all our brands, therefore if you contact us at info@iamvolya.com we will arrange this for you.

Q.) I know an amazing Ukrainian brand that is not represented at I AM VOLYA. Why do you miss out?

A.) Do contact us if you have a brand that you wish was represented at I AM VOLYA. We are always looking for ways of expanding our selection. There are endless amount of talented Ukrainian brands and we want to know them all!
